Sandy Moll, President

Sandy has twenty-five years' experience in the banking industry. As a banking executive she guided six financial institutions through acquisitions, worked with OCC Consent Orders and the Bank Secrecy Act, as well as all of the everyday needs in retail banking, operations, and human resources. Her specialties are problem assets, liquidity management, risk rating systems and process efficiencies. Sandy is a sought after speaker across the country for her experience working with troubled banks.

Francis Esely, Partner

Francis has served as CEO, CO, CLO and stockholder of several financial institutions in his 45 years in the industry. Most noteably, he has been approved by regulators to assist senior management, serve as senior management and/or to lead a troubled institution. Working with regulatory agencies has given Francis an expertise in credit administration policies, loan request and review programs, loan scoring and grading, and risk management systems. He has led many institutions to healthy growth and has helped troubled banks reach CAMELS ratings of 1.

Bruce Vance CPA, Partner

A Certified Public Accountant with 5 years in the public accounting arena and 15 years as a regulator with the Office of Thrift Supervision, Bruce has also served as Director of Internal Audit and CFO in financial institutions. In addition to profitability analysis and other accounting areas, Bruce specializes in Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act Review, policy formation, credit analysis, new product development and information technology audits.

Heather Davis Richards

With over 15 years of business experience, Heather brings a focus on marketing and public relations to the banking industry. She is the personal finance expert for the local CBS affiliate and is featured in a weekly segment. She focuses on ecommerce and internet marketing (ie banner ads, PPC, LinkShare), social media consulting and training, sales cycle development and methodology, vendor selection and management, as well as planning and coordinating media relations and events. Heather has been featured in national publications including Redbook, Good Housekeeping, Fortune, Money Magazine and others.
